Rule 51
Investigation of accidents
: (1) According to rule 50, if any labor accident is reported, the office may appoint an investigation officer to the inspector to carry out the necessary investigation or investigation in that regard.
(2) The work and duties of the investigating officer as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Obtaining necessary details from the scene or related person, collecting necessary evidence, asking for submission of necessary documents, making inquiries,
(b) If it is necessary to test any substance or production process, collect samples according to its requirements and have it tested by an expert,
(c) Completing the work as per clauses (a) and (b) and submitting the report to the office within the prescribed period.
(2) The work and duties of the investigating officer as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
